Hi, Robert
Here is a picture of my Jet Star. It's powered with a BP 3520-6 Outrunner brushless motor, 11-7 APC electric prop, and a 6-cell 3000 mah lithium battery pack. Ready to fly with batteries is 5 lbs. With this set up speed is well over 100 mph. on a straight, and level pass. At a little over half throttle I can out run an Enforcer powered with a O.S. 91. The only problem I have with this aircraft is the landing gear is a little on the weak side, it didn't hold up well on our grass runway, I should have it ready again for this weekend. If you like speed this is the plane for you, but I don't recommend it for beginners, it takes a long time for it to bleed off speed for landings, my first attempt for a landing I had just came out of a turn about 50 feet high, and out about 200 yards cut the throttle, it just kept on flying, it was about a foot off the ground when it went by me at around 65 mph. too fast to make the runway, so I gave it about 1/4 throttle went around to try it again, this time only 30 feet high, and about 200 yards out, got it slowed down to about 35 to 40 mph eased it down on the runway, rolled about 100 feet, then the gear retracted, and slid about 25 feet and stop. This was my first flight what a rush. I had a crowed of 20 guys, mostly club members, and they all agreed that I have to bring to our Labor Dayfun fly, and give a demonstration. So far I am the only member that has totally switched to all electric, but after this demo I don't think I will be the only one for long. You may even get a few more orders, as allot of them asked where I got the aircraft from, and thought it was a good deal. I told them I ordered another kit from you, and it should be here by Friday, they all want to be there when I test fly it. What a great deal, if the only problem I have is the landing gear, for the price, and customer service, guaranteed I will be a repete customer.
